Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Loops, cards, settings, and language preferences are stored locally on your device. Card Looper has no cloud sync or developer-operated account system. Deleting the app removes local data unless it is restored through an operating-system backup.
What does Card Looper Pro unlock?
The free version supports up to 10 saved loops. Card Looper Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks unlimited saved loops. Existing loops remain playable and editable if you reach the free limit.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Card Looper Pro from the button in the top-right corner of the home screen, then select Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that originally obtained Pro and make sure the device can connect to the App Store.
How do I redeem an offer code?
Open Card Looper Pro and select Redeem Offer Code. On iOS 15 through iOS 16.2, redeem through the App Store or Apple’s redemption link, return to Card Looper, and select Restore Purchases if needed.
Why can’t I hear countdown or card-change cues?
The cues use media volume and the current audio output device. Check media volume, Bluetooth or AirPlay routing, and the loop’s playback settings. Card countdown sounds are disabled when the on-screen card countdown is disabled.
Does Card Looper require the internet?
Creating, editing, and playing existing loops works offline. An internet connection is required to load App Store product information, purchase Pro, redeem an offer code, or restore a purchase.
